Summary of Business
I provide an Estate Planning and Will Writing service in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London. My objective in discussion with my clients is to provide them with appropriate advice to enable them make decisions on how best protect their estates for the benefit of their family and loved ones. I meet Clients in their own homes at times convenient to them where the discussion can be undertaken in an unpressurised and relaxed atmosphere
I am able to identify issues that may not have been fully considered, if at all and identify solutions where with the use of a range of estate planning clauses suitable Wills can be effected to ensure that a child’s inheritance is properly protected. Also the Will can be arranged so as to avoid/minimise the forced sale of the family home to pay for the costs of long term care and to minimise the impact of Inheritance Tax.
In addition to Wills I can also provide Lasting Powers of Attorney, Protective Property Trusts, Children’s Trusts, Prepaid Funeral Plans, Long Term Care provision and a Document Storage facility which includes a free Will update service. |
